By accessing this website and acquiring artwork, you enter into a binding agreement with Masterpiece Art Gallery under these Terms.

Artwork Representation

Every effort is made to present artworks with accuracy and integrity.
However, slight variations in colour, texture, or detail may occur due to:

• Digital display differences
• Lighting conditions
• The inherent nature of original media

Such variations are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are presented as listed and may be updated without prior notice.
Full payment is required before the release and dispatch of any artwork.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Ownership of the physical artwork transfers upon full payment.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright and reproduction rights, remain exclusively with the artist, Daniel Njoroge.

No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Pricing inaccuracies
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masterpiece Art Gallery shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays or failures caused by third-party providers
• Events beyond reasonable control

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
