The artworks presented by Masterpiece Art Gallery are original, often one-of-one pieces. As such, acquisitions are considered final, reflecting both their uniqueness and collectible nature.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• The artwork received differs materially from the confirmed order; or
• The artwork has sustained damage during transit.

Notification Window

Collectors must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims Process

Include:

• Order reference
• Detailed images of the artwork and packaging
• A brief description of the concern

Each case is reviewed with care and discretion.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

• Be maintained in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Be returned using agreed secure logistics arrangements

Non-Returnable Acquisitions

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of preference or collector’s discretion
• Commissioned or bespoke works
• Natural variations inherent to original, hand-crafted art

Resolution

Where a claim is validated, we may offer:

• A replacement (where applicable), or
• A refund via the original payment method

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
