Global Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping, placing collectors across continents in direct access to original works from Kenya.

Order Fulfilment

Available works are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days following confirmation of payment.

For commissioned or bespoke pieces, production timelines are agreed in advance to reflect the care and artistic process involved.

Courier & Handling

International shipments are entrusted to DHL Express, selected for its global reliability, security standards, and time-definite delivery services.

Each artwork is:

• Professionally packaged using archival-quality materials
• Protected according to its medium and scale
• Prepared to withstand international transit conditions

Crating is arranged where necessary for large-scale or museum-grade works.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch, subject to destination and customs clearance processes.

While we prioritise efficiency, timelines remain indicative and may be affected by external regulatory or logistical factors.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect:

• Artwork dimensions and weight
• Packaging specifications
• Final destination

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are conducted on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Collectors are responsible for:

• Import duties
• VAT or equivalent taxes
• Any customs-related charges in the destination country

DHL or the relevant authority may contact you directly to facilitate clearance.

Customs Compliance

Where required, collectors may be asked to provide identification (e.g., tax number, national ID) to support customs processing.

This information is handled securely and solely for regulatory purposes.

Tracking & Receipt

A tracking reference is issued upon dispatch, enabling real-time monitoring.

Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery to the designated address.

Delays & External Factors

While we work with leading logistics partners, Masterpiece Art Gallery is not liable for delays arising from:

• Customs inspections or regulatory holds
• Weather or force majeure events
