Are all the paintings original?
Yes, every painting at Masterpiece Art Gallery is an original hand-painted work by Daniel Njoroge. Each piece is signed by the artist, so you can be confident it is truly one of a kind.
Will my paintings come signed?
Yes, every painting is personally signed by Daniel Njoroge. His signature is a mark of authenticity and a promise that your artwork is an original piece created by his hand.
Can I request a custom painting?
Yes, we offer commissioned artwork tailored to your unique vision. Contact us here, share your idea, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.
How do I place an order?
For ready-made pieces, simply select the artwork you love, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and click the Place Order button to complete payment.
If you’d like a custom piece, we’ll discuss your request and then send you an invoice with the payment details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through PayPal. You can pay directly from your PayPal balance, or link your debit/credit card to PayPal and complete your purchase securely.
How long will it take to receive my painting?
For ready-to-ship paintings, we usually dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Delivery times depend on your location:
Within Kenya: 1–3 business days
United States: 3–4 business days
Europe: 2–3 business days
Australia: 4–6 business days
Custom paintings will take longer since they are created specially for you, and we’ll share the estimated timeline when you place your order.
Once your painting has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey and see the estimated delivery date.
Will I be responsible for customs or import fees?
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information about your country’s import policies.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging and shipping our artwork, but if your painting arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged painting
Photos of the packaging (inner and outer) if possible
Your order number and any relevant details
Once we receive your photos, we’ll assess the damage and work with you on a suitable resolution.
Do you accept returns?
Yes but only under specific conditions.
We accept returns only if:
The wrong item was sent, or
The item arrived damaged
If either applies, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. We’ll require:
Photos of the item and packaging
Your order number and a brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or custom-made pieces.
What shipping courier do you use?
We use DHL exclusively for all our shipments to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.
